Labour needed for dairy farm in Kasargod

We are starting a small dairy farm in Kasarod District, Karindalam
Currently the cow shed and all other arrangements are ready, we are in search of labour.

The farm size is 5 cows, which will be increased to 15 cow after 6 - 10 months.
We need some one with experience in this field and who is dedicated to working from 6 am to 5 pm constantly looking after the cows.
Stay will be provided for the family and we are ready to pay up to 300 per day for the first batch of five cows.
Once the number of cows increases the labor charges will be increased.

If with family, work will be provided for the wife in the rubber plantations.
