JV Partner Wanted

We have 400 acres of fertile land near Madurai in Tamil Nadu. It is located in a very prime area with good water and easy approach by road.
We are looking for a JV partner to start mechanised farming for growing high profit products for domestic as well as export market.

We need 5 to 10 acres of barren land in Sindhudug district, preferably near Sawantwadi or Goa, either for lease or for sale. We may need up to 100 acres in the near future. The place will be for a bio herbal farm and resort in the future. Floriculture, permaculturre, farm tourism, medicinal plantations, and so many activities will be clubbed to generate more income. Joint venture proposals are also welcome from the land owners in the Konkan areas. The minimum expected profit after the establishment period is 4 lakhs rupees per acre per year.

JV idea

Dear Mr Arun,

You have a good strength by having 400 acres land. Scouting a partner is one good method of doing some project, if you can find one excellent, meanwhile with or without anice project with high return on investment of the order of 25 % per annum can be on place, of course it attracts good lot of investment just for one year.

In case you plan with or without JV partner to develop the area into a highly remunerative project please do contact us for project idea, project report, bank finance, subsidy, turn key support and also technical on going support till you succeed.

Please find below Green House Project proposal,

Total investment required in this Green House Project, in one green house of 1000 mts sq. is, Rs 10,00,000=00

Promoters contribution required is, Rs 2,50,000=00 in one green house of 1000 mts sq., this is 25 % of total cost (Rs 10,00,000=00) of setting up 1000 sq mts green house.

This 25% can come from Land owner or the investor joining as a promoter, by joining hand with land owner.

Remaining 75% investment of Rs 7,50,000=00 will come as loan from banks or investment partners like PE / VC etc

Green House will produce vegetables, flowers, fruits etc for export and high end domestic market

Avg / Min Net profit, from one green house of 1000 sq mts is Rs. 2,50,000=00, per year.

ROE in this Green House Project is minimum 100% and above.

We are already implementing Green House Project in state of Rajasthan

Our target is to erect total 1000 green house having area of 1000 mts sq each, producing vegetables, flowers, fruits in the state of Rajasthan.

Already 11 green houses are ready in the state of Rajasthan and will start producing color capsicum from month of August, 2010

Another 4 will be ready in the state of Rajasthan, within two months.

The financial results of the above 15 green houses will start coming in within next three - six month.

We are interested in setting up similar project in other states also.
