Hi
How are you
I am having 50 varieties of commercially important, imported heliconia plants.
Cost of one plant varies from 150 to 2500 rupees depends on the availability and quality.
The general cost per plant is 250 rupees per plant for bulk orders for good varieties for cut flower.
I am ready to give 10000 plants free to a person or a group who own more than 10 acres of fertile land and ready to invest for the infrastructure and labour.
The total plant cost will be 25 lakhs of rupees, which will be absolutely free.
One flower costs 25 to 100 rupees depends on the market.
If it is done in a scientific way, 4 lakhs per acre will be a reasonable profit.
Plus I can give you torch ginger, red palms, alpinias, mokaras, anniblack, anthuriums. Euphorbia, gerbera, anything related to floriculture, with free of cost.
I need a working partner/s with land and infrastructure.
I can provide all the planting material.
The profit can be divided on mutually agreed terms.
More details can be discussed later.
I have 15 years experience in the floriculture field.
If anybody is interested, you can contact me.
I will deal with only genuine and trusted persons, who got a commitment to the society.
I will not jump in to the project.
I will give planting materials, in stage by stage.
I.e. fixed number in every month for the easy and better management and to avoid big failures.
If the person is really committed, he / they will be able to make a profit of 40 lakhs of rupees every year from the project.
We will be able to get a subsidy of 25 lakhs of rupees per person for floriculture projects in the future, if everything goes smoothly.
I have so many ideas related to this project, which will generate more income.
Later I also will be physically available in the farm to implement all the ideas.
In the second stage, we will be dealing all types of flowers, which will generate an income of 10 lakhs of rupees per acre and it will be expanded to a 100 acre farm.
I will respond to only genuine letters.
Have a nice day
Love and regards
Faisal Mohammed.

Hi Prakash
How are you
The project can not be worked out in 1.5 acres.
I need minimum 10 acres and later want to be expanded to 50 to 100 acres.
but you can do the project by your self in 1.5 acres and make a reasonable profit.
I can help you by giving 50% of the planting materilas with a discounted rate and another 50% as credit on post paid checques.
you can get your planting materials for half the prize and you will get time to pay it in installments.
Love and regards
Faisal Mohammed

guidelines

It is viable anywhere in India. provided you are interested and dedicated for the project. if you are not able to invest comparatively a good amount for providding infra srtucture , fencing and for labor(varies with places ) it will not be worked out.
I am providing some general guide lines for this project.
the qustions are asked by one of the persons like you. I post the answer for the reference of all interested persons

1. What type of soil is required for this project?
Well-draining kind of soil is the best for Heliconia flower. This soil must also be rich of decayed organic matters, especially leaf compost. You can also add some sand to the soil pack if it’s too compact. This will give room for the water and the nutrients to move freely and enrich Heliconias.

2. is it open cultivation or under green shed cultivation?
Most types of Heliconia need at least six hours of direct light from the sun everyday. This will encourage the plant to grow more flowers. Lesser sunlight, however, will result to unhealthy leaves and less flowers. But there are some Heliconia plants that are more appropriate in shady areas like the Heliconia Stricta and the Heliconia Pendula.
It is better to have shade of trees or green house to certain types to make the flowers more beautiful. Exposure to more sunlight will affect the color of the flower, which may affect the marketing of some flowers.
3. How many man power required doing this project in 10 acres?
One dedicated person per acre can do all the jobs, including cutting flowers.
You don’t have to start cultivation in 10 acres at a stretch. So you will be able to reduce the investment and labor in the beginning.

4. What is the capital amount required from our side to do this project? Describe these details in phase by phase and category wise.
The main infrastructure we needed for this project is fencing and watering facilities’.
So calculate for fencing, watering and approximately 5 to10 labor per day. You do not need skilled labor in the beginning. (It is better to start with two persons in monthly paid basis.) But it is better to have one person to supervise all the works with knowledge of computers and communication skills for marketing and management in the later stages.
And initial expense for manuring maximum 1 lakh rupees depends up on the fertility of the soil for 2 to 3 acres.
We need organic manures and sometimes chemical fertilizers.
Cost of the planting material to one acre is 2.5 lakhs of rupees.
Manuring expenses can be arranged according to the marketing of flowers.
Even if you do not do any manuring, the plant will exist.
More fertilizer for the Heliconia will mean growing it bigger and bigger. Bone meal is said to be the best fertilizer for this plant. But other fertilizers will work just fine.
If my land soil is not suitable for this project, I can buy the land of suitable soil.
The land should not be waterlogged during rainy season. At the same time we need rain and good water is needed to the success of the project Heliconia plants are water lovers. In fact, some of its types like the Heliconia Densiflora and Heliconia Standleyi can grow more healthily in water. But most Heliconia will only need watering twice a day—once in the morning and again in the evening. Water the Heliconia if it’s already dried out of water. Beware of too much watering, though, especially if the soil is not free-draining as this might result to fungal attacks, especially for young Heliconias.

Please provide me your contact details, so that we can discuss further over phone. (I tried to contact you on the numbers given in the post, but could not succeed as they were not reachable)

0097150 2188676
Now I am in Dubai.
More
Space. Heliconia will need at least 4 feet of space. It will need that large space for the growing flowers and leaves.
Cut. You can encourage more Heliconia flowers to grow by cutting its entire stalk after the first blooms. It may be difficult to cut down the first flowers of your Heliconia but don’t worry because your sacrifice will be paid off with more flowers.
Maintenance. Always remove dead Heliconia leaves and cut off spent stems. Make sure also that the stems are as close to the ground as possible. It’s also safe to cut some leaves if these become too many for the flowers to be noticeable.
These caring tips are only the common tips that you can do for almost all types of Heliconia plants. But it is better that you identify what kind of Heliconia plant you have, as it might need a different set of caring procedures. As said, there are Heliconia types that are best in water or best in other forms of soil.
It is not easy to say everything in a single letter.
I took 15 years to know about floriculture and permaculture.
Later you can club medicinal plants, other flowers and farm tourism with this.

i don't want reply to all mails for the same questions

Hi
How are you
I am getting so many mails from different parts of the country.
I understand that most of the people are interested, because of no risk.
They are getting the planting material worth 25 lakhs absolutely free.
So they think that they can make a try.
If they don’t succeed, they don’t loose anything.

I have paid 500 to 2500 rupees for all these planting materials and propagated it.
I am also able to sell the planting material to other growers.
Most of the varieties are new to the market.
So it is not a big issue for me to sell it and and make good profit from it.

Then why should I give this planting material worth 25 lakhs to a person or a group, without buying the real price for that.

I want to make it clear that it is a joint venture.
The planting material from my part is my share in the business.
I should get clear security for my plants.
If you give up the business after one year or two year, I will loose lot of money.

So the person, who is interested in this project, also should share the same risk of loosing money or his land, if he stops in the middle of the project.

I have 15 years experience in floriculture. And I am planning a joint venture in 100 acres in the future. So I am very serious about the project.
What I am trying to get some trusted persons to share the business and profit.
Because today there is no one man show.
Different persons have got different capacities.
When we coordinate all, it will become a grand success.

I also will be personally available for the joint venture within a short period.
So I will be able to do the marketing also to a certain extent.

Every business will have an establishing period.
So we can not expect a profit before that.
This is a very big venture with a long term vision, which can make good profits, if we are dedicated and determined.

There is no doubt about the profit, if we are straight and hardworking.
I have all the knowledge about it and we are still acquiring more and more knowledge everyday. With a good team, I can make it successful.

So you should be very serious about this project and should be able to share the same risk.

You should invest a good amount and should give a security to my plants.
So think over it and tell me your suggestions and conditions.
Love and regards
Faisal Mohammed

Post script:
Please send me more details about the land and area with photographs.
What is the general value of the barren land?
Is it possible for me to buy land in that area in the future?

Joint Venture Helicon and other Varities of commercial Potential Flowers

Dear Mr Faisal,

I have gone through your initial proposal and answers of FAQs, the proposal seems to be very fair considering the risk to be shared by the both parties. Infact the proposal becomes attractive by joining hands of a specialist of the particular field and another person committed by way of land , labour and infrasructure. This combination is asurety for success.

I am intersted in this type of project as i have 40 acres of land and 28 acres is at one place. As per answers of your FAQs, it appears that my land is suitable as per the requirement of flowers and water is also potable and sweet. presently i have fenced 18 acres of land and carried out Kinoo ( Citrus ) plantation, one plant to other plant distance is 18 ft, Heliconia needs intrse distance 4 ft, blends perfectly for floriculture as inter croping, Presently i am producing Gladiolus and other short varities of Peas as inter croping.

I am a retired Colonel from Army , to that extent you can consider me a totaly commited person for this project. I would request you to kindly visit my farm and make your own impression. I am a resident of Haryana and my place is just 100 km from Delhi Airport. As such marketing is not a big issue. I can pick and drop you from Delhi Airport on your arrival.

Looking forward for a positive response and a fruitful joint venture in floriculture.

With deep warm regards,
