Looking for "Farm Manager" based out of Uganda, east Africa for a a rice company. Experience of 11-20 years in handling atleast 1500 acre of farm and will need to be able to co-ordinate:

Field planning, Land clearing, Field preparation, Planting Harvesting, Schedule machinery maintenance, Agronomy, Farm purchasing of inputs, spares and capital machinery.
Have to handle 10000 Acre farm of Rice.
