Land development loan can be taken from Banks/Financial Institutions for the following purpose:
Jungle clearance
Leveling /bund formation
Fencing
Laying pipelines
Well /Bore well& Pumpset
Plantations like fruits/spices
constructions of godown & workers quarter
Purchase of tractor
Purchase of animals

All together in one loan ie - land development loan
