We invite you to join us where-in we would be constructing Poly Houses (Minimum of 2 Acres & above) in your agriculture land. Also the company would take this Poly House on fixed monthly rent for 5 years with legal lease agreement.

Banking on our enriched industry experience, we are engaged in offering a huge gamut of Poly-house cultivation where-in we would be cultivating Vegetables & flowers. Poly house is a framed structure of polythene sheets in which vegetable & Flower crops can be grown under sufficiently controlled environmental conditions. The main advantages of a Poly/ Green Houses are:

1. Protection of plants from wind, precipitation, excess solar radiation and extreme temperature.
2. Crops can be grown throughout the year irrespective of outside environmental conditions.
3. Crops are of very good quality giving excellent yield.
4. The inside environment being controlled, water requirement is very less.
5. Pests and diseases can be controlled easily.
6. Labour requirement is less & the complete crop management is easy.

How the project works?

The company takes all the responsibility starting from Project Report preparation, Bank Loan processing, Poly House construction, Claiming Subsidy from the concerned Govt. department and finally executing the rental agreement of Poly house for 5 years on monthly basis.

Economics of 1 Acre Poly House Cultivation

The project economics are as illustrated below,
I. Total Investment for 1 Acre of Poly House cultivation - Rs 40,00,000
The break-up is as follows,
a. Poly House Construction (@ Rs 750/Sq.m X 4000 Sq.m) - Rs 30,00,000
b. Drip Irrigation with rain water harvesting - Rs 4,00,000
c. Bed Preparation/Plantation - Rs 1,50,000
d. Manures, Pest Management & Labour Cost for 1 year - Rs 3,00,000
e. Post harvest handling, Grading, Packing, Marketing etc. - Rs 1,50,000

Here, the land owner bears only the Poly house construction cost .i.e Rs 30,00,000/- (as given in point a) through Bank loan out of which he is entitled for a subsidy of Rs 20,00,000/- from concerned Govt. department . The repayment period of the balance loan amount (.i.e Rs 10,00,000/-) would be till 7 years with 11-12% p.a rate of interest.

The remaining cultivation expenditure of Rs 10,00,000/- (as given in point b,c, d & e) would be taken care by the company & at the same time the company would pay a fixed rent of Rs 30,000/Acre/Month for 5 years through legal agreement which can be renewed further for next 10 years on mutual understanding.
