Hi!

There is one factory at Cuddalore, SIPCOT industrial estate, Tamil Nadu, named "COLIX Beverages), which started production but not functioning for a long period ( 7 years+), which was designed to produce Alcohol from Maize.You may try this.

If you have a license then we can help with a direct source for more than one existing product so that profits could then be used to develop local product. This way you would also have your market in place for the production.
