3.For block plantation ideal spacing is 10 feet * 10 feet.whereas in border plantation spacing is 6 feet in between two plants.Pit size is 45 cm dia and 45 cm depth.

4. Farm yard manure or vermi compost is the best nutrient while planting time 2 kg for each pit.

5. Drip irrigation is suitable for teak. In case of manual watering, it should be done based on plant age

For 1 month old plant (up to 1 month) - daily watering

For 4 months old plant- once for every 4 days

For 8 months old plant - once for every 10 days

6. Tissue culture teak plants r having adventitious root system.

Mr Rao very glad to meet you in this forum.Invest rs 60/- earn Rs 80000/-.its a very sweet news for our farmers.kindly throw some lights in this regard that i,how many plants to be planted in one acre? ,ii,if any intervals for alternate cuting in teak trees ? when?and its value during that cutting? iii,whats the girth of the interval and alternate cutting?.if you have any practical testimony of harvest if its availiable kindly post the name of the farmers with mobile no;with proper location.

hai sir,
1. End of the 7 th year we will cut the tree at height of 50 feets and width 70-90 cm's.

2. At the age of 8 th year we will get 7000 rupees on each plant.

At the age of 12 years we will get 25000 rupees on each plant.

At the age of 16 th year we will get 80000 rupees on each plant.


For below 1000 Plants @ Rs.60 per Plant with Transport in India
For 1001 to 2000 Plants @ Rs 55 per Plant with Transport in India
For 2001 and above @ Rs. 50 per Plant with Transport in India

For 1 Acre - 440 (10 x 10 spacing) plants, You have pay 50% of the
total amount in advance and book the plants as early as possible.
