Dear Friend
Your intention and your said returns from farming sector may be good and better than Bank FD, but looking at the current secenario, I doubt that people may come farward to invest in your project though you have assuring 33% returns, because people seen many frauds in recent years ( Sahara realestate, Sharada from Kolkata etc.)
not sure how many of them came forward to you till date as same post also posted 2 months back ( if I remember correctly ), therefore you need to look for a different way to give confedence to investrors.

Good to see the opinion & inputs from ur side. In this forum, everybody have right to share their views & thoughts. For your kind information, we have already got 2 investors who have invested Rs 40 Lakhs (one Rs 15 Lakhs & another Rs 25 Lakhs) & also 3 clients are in pipeline who want to invest immediately. But we ourselves have requested them & put on hold as we want to go slow & steady at this point of time. And we are also starting the organic Banana cultivation by the 1st week of Feb 2014.
