Income expected from Milia Dubia plantation per acre

Sirs,
I wish to buy 20 acre of land and plant Milia Dubia trees in it.
How much income can I expect from this plantation after 5 years.

Melia is a money spinning tree of short duration. Even if planted as a single row along the field bunds, about 60 trees can be planted per acre, which will fetch an income of about Rs.2 lakhs in the sixth year of planting.

Please any one have confirmed news on this. In COimbatore i have seen no one is ready to buy these trees.

Or else i will be glad to know the regular buyers for this tree.
