Q3 about labour
daily 30 women and 4 men are available from the same village ,who are experienced for 2 years in that same farm.
Sufficentt experienced women and men are available in that village with green house facility.
Hence there is no problem for skilled labour.
Q4 regarding workers availability in festival days

workers will work,all the seven days a week and even they work on festival days also ,only provided u pay little extra money on festival days (say +50 rs) so, u need not appoint more people.

Details regarding replantation

Q5 regarding drip irrigation
they are 2 parts one is pvc pipe line ,which is under the ground,it is enact.
The second part is lateral pipes,some damages are there in lateral pipes and the have replaced where ever required, one lakh is an approx,figure it may be sufficient or another 50000 may be required.

regarding plant replantation
Replantation cost,will not be more than 10lakhs, after discussion with land owner it was conformed ,it will not be more than 10lakhs.
Even i asked the owner that the in case planting cost exceeds above 10lakhs,in that in excess amount he has to bear 50% for that he said,he will take the responsibility in giving on contract to same,rose plant importer from netherland,SRI G.BHASKAR REDDY SHRUBS AND ROSES FOR 10LAkhs only.in case if 10lakh is not sufficent 10+2lakhs maximum amount,since he already inspected and conformed for 10lakhs.
