Question Ideas to make use of 70cent vacant land

Hi All, We had vacant land 70cents in tenali rural area wherr water facilities are very good. I need some good ideas to make it that land to be used for some farming. My parents are older and I will be staying away for job purposes. So, I need ideas to farm something in this land which requires less maintenance from parents. Land is black soil and water availability is high. Looking forward to get some ideas from all of you.

Please take up Taiwan Gua cultivation if it is dry land or Citrus . If it is low lying area vegetable cultivation can be taken

Columbus coconut is good option. Each tree gives around 1000 coconuts every year.
