I want to start seed processing unit. what is the registration and license process ?

Sir I want to start the seed processing unit .please tell me registration &license process and also tell
me NABARD schemes..for loan purpose and any other ways.

Pl inform which type of seed you are going to process such as whether paddy or all other crop seeds . First of all you register with District Industries centre and then go for Licence from Agriculture Department .
