For this you have to share more details about you and your farm condition, its location climatic conditions also, Ill suggest search for the local farmers or companies who helps for these farmings, this information you will get on the internet, search for your nearest branch so you can visit their for accurate information and good assistance.

Are you looking for a job or are you looking for advice related to your farmland? I will give some suggestions related to both.

Are you aware of the person who got President Award for creating different types of Kanakambaram & Casurina variety (His basic education is very less compared to you & he is from Pondy)? After having studied B.Tech Bio, you are better positioned to do something in this line. You can get a patent for your plants and sell them directly.

Related to your land, just going for medicinal plants for 10 acres is NOT a good idea in my view. The choice is yours. If you need to get a good understanding of the way to go, just take a look at my blog.
