I am not a Farmar and not from Farmer family, and I am planning to buy Farm Land in Karnataka, am I eligible to buy Agriculture Land in Karnataka near to Bangalore.
Looking for your valuable suggestions in this regard.

No you can,t buy in Maharastra or Karnatka if you are not a farmer, you can buy in M.P. Rajasthan Tamilnadu AP Telangana etc ,every state has different rule , if you want Farmer certificate you can buy some land in MP and become a farmer
