I suggest you to allocate 10% of the total land to create ponds which can be used for storing water. Unless you have water, you cannot grow anything.

Please try to explore ground water potentiality for sinking bore wells with the help groundwater department.
If water is available you may go for fruit crops like pomegranate , Taiwan Gua, ( Yeild starts from second year onwards), Mango , citrus etc

Other wise go for farm forestry under rainfed conditions plants like Eucalyptus , Subabul and Malabar Neem and Casurina etc

Before that please avail a land development loan for jungle clearance, bore wells , fencing , farm house, workers quartes , cattle shed , pipelines, Farm ponds etc for development of the farm
