To get loan you can approach any Bank through Khadi Boad, for details to can visit the Khadhi Boad website. As per my knowledge for dairy farm there is subsidy around 25 to 30 % on project cost. Along with dairy farm you can also start Vermicomost unit why because you can use cow dung as rawmaterial for Vermicompost.
