How to covert from inorganic farming to organic farming/

We have 40 acre of land we need convert inorganic to organic to do this currently we are sowing sugar cane but we are not getting much return .currently we are only getting 40-50 tonne per acre

How to convert entire 40 acre land into organic framing in short period?
How many years it takes to convert ?
organic farming Is profitable ?
How much we expect return in one acre land of sugar cane ?
where should i get consultancy service ?
