How to buy agricultural land without violating land ceiling act.

Hi ,

Can You please advice, what are the different ways how we can buy agriculture land for cultivation.

As an individual we can only hold about 52 acres of agriculture land right ?

Then how to increase the scale of agriculture project, and still get benefits from government i.e different subsidies available for farming.

Buy land in name of family members, relatives, friends.

Or set up a company & buy.
