Milling length is mainly based on FLOUR MILL MACHINE precision determined. Measure flour milling technology quality standards, is the production of flour mixed with bran content, namely the content of ash content in wheat flour.
The current general milling process by skin flour mill machine system, heart, slag grinding system and grinding system powder system.
Slag grinding system -- treatment skin mill or powder cleaning system is separated with wheat bran powder, make the wheat bran and endosperm apart, from the good quality wheat and coarse powder, into the heart of grinded into powder grinding system.
Skin grinding system -- the first skin grinding the wheat into peel, wheat residue, oatmeal, wheat and coarse powder, subsequent skin mill from the bran flakes scrape wheat residue, wheat and coarse powder, and keep the bran flakes too broken, so that the endosperm and bran maximize separation.
Powder cleaning system -- using wind screen combination, from skin grinding system to pure powder, a powder and even drum chip separately, to the corresponding grinding system.
Heart grinding system -- will break, slag grinding and powder cleaning system made of wheat and coarse powder grinding into a certain fineness of flour, bran and put forward. In the heart of general flour milling machine system is also provided with a tail mill, to deal with each heart grinding proposed containing bran much wheat.
