I am in need of 10 acres (Clear title) land, but my budget is Rs. 25000 – Rs. 30000 per acre. (With some water source – canal/bore)

Location:Hosur.

Purpose: Small scale Subsistence farming for my self and family.

Will need help with - A) Purchase B) Land Registry C) Electricity Connection

where in the hell in India do you get land for Rs.30,000 for 4800 Square Yards?
You will not get even a flimsy cotton bandage for that price.
