Honey collection at Ixora Coccinea farm

Hi,

We have a farm of aroun 5 acres of Ixora cocinea flower.

We would like to do Honey collection as this flower has more honey(infact some part of tamil nadu call this flower as then poo(honey flower).

I request some one to guide us on how to start? and project details of honey collection.
