you can grow barley, safflower which are salt tolerant crops and various agril. universities have developed salt tolerant varieties in different parts of the country.

I have 50 acres land in Alwar and ph is above 9 and still I am getting good results in mustard crop and Amla tree plantation.

Try to reduce the ph of soil if feasible for u or try rowing tolerant crops

Barley and mustard as suggested, among agri crops and lemongrass, vetiver and palmarosa are highly tolerant to alkalinity.
