Help for Agriculture farm development

Hi,

We have 20 acres of land in Maharashtra. Its in Konkan side. The land has open well with good amount of water. There are 400 cashew plantation in it.

I am planning to cultivate following in it.

Cashew
Banana
Fruits
Vegitables
Flowers

I need all sort help, guidance in following;

Plantation, Equipment vendors, Labours, chemicals, Irrigation, Seeds, Buyer etc.
