Guide to start organic farming / green house in 30 cents land near Vizag.

hi,
I have 30 cents land in Anandhapuram vizag. I am working in IT but very interested in doing something with organic farming, green house etc. Want to make sure if this small extent land is good enough for any organic farming etc and how much can I make say if I invest 25 lakhs. Really appreciate any ideas. Thanks in advance
