Green Manuring

Any suggestions for best/ cost effective green manuring process that one can adapt? Someone suggested Sunhemp seeds, but I am unable to find the seeds in Bangalore.

Green manuring is always good start for agriculture. But please let me know where you are planning to grow green manuring crop. If you want to take it up in old plantation you can also opt for Velvet beans and other such crops. For further doubts pl call me on 8861121570
