to establish one ac of green house you will have to invest 36 lakhs and department of horticulture, govt. of AP under National Horticulture Mission will provide 50 per cent subsidy to the tune of 18 lakhs so please visit nearest horticulture departmenent for further details.
you can grow Gerbera, Rose,Carnations, lilly, Capsicum green and colou, Tomato, parthenocarpic cucumber which are in grate demand.
24 hr electricity is not required by green house for the irrigation it requires and now days you can also have solar pumps which can manage your electricity requirement.

You could try a small part of the land using shadenet by DIY model. Google for shadenet polyhouses and if you are lucky you will find drawings as well.
I have seen most of them trying their innovations.
I believe you are in Hosur,Denkanikottai, Thally near by area. IMHO capsicum would be the best bet as it would offer good return on investment and has good demand.
