Grandnaine Banana Tissue Culture Plants - Diesese

I recently planted G9 tissue culture plants. The new leafs of all (ALL) plants are having red marks (stains) on them. None of the earlier leafs have these red marks. Why are these marks ?
a) Are these due to excessive heat during the last 6-7 days ?
b) Due to excessive insectiside sprinkling ?
c) Or is this some disease ? and how can this be treated ?

Is this Mosaic diesese (BANANA BRACT MOSAIC DISEASE) ? and how do I treat this OR are the plants to be removed ?
