Goat farm registration required ?

Im going to start goat farm with partnership , may i know the procedure of Registration if any? Is there any Govt Animal welfare org where I can register?

Goat farm with 3 partners and i need to open a current acct. If Registration is not required then how can i start current acct with the Bank?

Additional Details
This farm is to be setup in Tamil Nadu (INDIA).
The Current acct i need to start in the Goat Farms name only.
