Dear Aditya,
Good you have a land of 3 acres. But your planning to start a farming of goat and emu is blind decision. Why you want to step in to a un known world which is very dear to all? You start doing what you know best, if not then learn first.
First take decision that exactly what is your requirement.

The truth is you need to do something in your land for your life.
What you required? Money? Food? Satisfaction? Health? Wealth?
Please note, you cannot get above with only through money.

If you plan perfectly in your land and work properly for at least 2 years, then you and at least your 3 generations can happily live by harvesting the fruits from your efforts.
Regards.
