Pure breed, 100% Gir cows available for sale. Cows r in 1st or 2nd lactation. Milk output is around 6ltrs - 10ltrs per day.
Booking started. Delivery after Diwali.

Gir Cow range starts from 45K onwards to 55 K.... All cows are in 1st or 2nd lactation. Gir cows milk has high fat content, as high as 7-8 % fat. Milk output is high as compared to feed ratio. Highly heat resistant, disease resistant, and all climate favourable animal.
Has very mild nature and can be used for both, stall feeding or grazing also.
NOTE :- Price is of animal only, Transportation & labour extra.
Location :- Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Hi Guys,
I would like to mention about the qualities of Gir Cows.
1) They are low on feed. This means they require less fodder in comparison to exotic cattles like Jercy, or HF. Gir Cow is basically a drought animal... Thats the reason why the require less fodder.
2) They consume around only 10 to 12 Kg of feed per day....
3) They have the highest milk output in comparison to Feed ratio. Average milk out put is around 10 ltrs per lactation.
4) Being a drought animal, they are highly resistant to hot, winter, rainy climate. They can sustain grazing even under the hot sun of summers.
5) They are maintenance free animals. They dont require fans, coolers, or chilling units in summer or heaters in winter... Thus they save lots of cost in maintenance.
6) They have high resistance to diseases... Thus saving the cost of medicinal expenses...
7) They can be fed in grazing or stall feeding also. They consume less water in comparison to exotic cows.
8) Milk product of Gir cow being in great demand, fetch higher milk price and highest price for their milk product.
