why can't you say book price is Rs 499/-

Instead of saying "You need to pay postal charges and service charges Rs.500/-" you can boldly say book price is Rs 499/- with free postage - This FREE term is very useful in Retail or Marketing world. In farming world where farmers expect reality not gimmicks like FREE and service charge..

For that matter any book (most of them) is worth 100,00,00...as long as you combine the basic sense and true emotion.
