Dear Friends:
Greetings! I am an organic farming consultant and have been using the 1,000 year old Indian system of VRIKSHAYURVEDA to convert farms, gardens, orchards and plantations from conventional, chemical production to organic production in a few months' time for the past few years. Mango, banana, guava, pomegranate, orange, sapota, grape, strawberry and all types of fruit orchards will benefit greatly from adopting this system and save upto 25-30% on current input costs. Similarly, paddy, wheat , pulses, cotton and oilseed farmers; growers of medicinal and aromatic plants, cut flowers and vegetable growers will get better quality and a higher quantity of production by adopting this method.

This system is suited to dryland agriculture and rainfed farming too. With irrigation facilities it produces fantastic results. Most commercial farmers are spending the largest chunk on purchased farm inputs. This simple system emphasizes the production of inputs on the farm itself with locally available materials, thus bringing down input costs while enriching the fertility f the soil.

Small growers need not despair as this system can be tailored to suit the needs of small farmers with limited resources. This system stresses self-sufficiency and encourages the farmer/grower to use the resources on his/her farm to enrich the soil. The farmer is also motivated to use his/her creativity is running the farm once the basic principles are mastered. The secret of success in this system is simple--HARD WORK, WILLINGNESS AND FAITH IN THE SYSTEM! Those who have these three qualities are now reaping the rich rewards.

Very little has been written about this system although it is as old as the hills. I prefer to come and train the farmers and growers on their farms/orchards/plantations by giving hands-on demonstrations. One week is sufficient to learn the basics of this system. My consultancy fees is reasonable and negotiable. If you are interested in learning more about this system and implementing it in your orchard, field or garden please send me a message through the private message facility.

Here's wishing you a good rabi season ahead and a bountiful harvest, smiles all around, good health and wealth. Happy gardening and farming!

Dear all,
I have been observing the postings of dr. anjali phatak, under the name “vriksha” in this forum. I feel very sorry for her acts of ‘plagiarisms’. I hope that this will end aleast now.
The correct picture is dr. anjali phatak came to abali tea estate, roing, arunachala Pradesh in November 2005, where the project of “vrikshayurveda’/Vedic agriculture was initiated by us on large scale for the first time in the world in 2004-05. I had designed the technology based on Vedas which was/is yet unheard off. We had borne all expenses for her from/to lucknow, her place of residence. She was very happy with the ground realities and success of the project. She wrote an article on ‘organic tea’ and published in ‘sentinel’ a local newspaper form dibrugarh in May 2006.
The success of this large scale organic farming got the attention of many so called top agricultural scientists and some of them visited and had a surprise to see a successful organic tea project without any of the current organic methods in use.
Some 2-3 top agricultural scientists of India stole this technology from us, attempted to sell the same to some cash rich tea estates in north east, started the organic tea projects only to end in failure within no time. The intricacies were never made known to any one by me. Blind copying led them to failure. Now such top scientists have become idle and silent.
Similarly, I find “virksha’ having taken recourse to this forum to claim her bogus achievements and successes in 2008.her bogus claims were exposed on this forum in one of her postings. Then she stopped her bogus claims.
It is now learnt that she has again started her bogus claims over this forum. Many people have fallen prey to her bogus claims over this forum and some have approached me to solve their field level problems of pests and diseases. It appears many others have been falling prey to these false achievements of ‘vriksha’.
I hereby appeal to all not to fall prey to any such acts of ‘vriksha’, dr.anjali phatak. Many might have already realized their mistakes. I also appeal to the administrator of this forum not to publish such false claims of any one in future to keep up the goodwill of the forum.

So who can I learn this from?

Hi Vajadeva, from face value, it seems you are saying the right thing. Anyway, deciding Vriksha's guilt or not is not important for me.

What is important for me is ... where should I learn this from? Can you help?
