Hy Myself Rupesh Gupta from Delhi .....I want a fertile piece of Land near by Bengluru...The Land should be Fenced By any means Requirement is for minimum 70 acer of Land less than that will not do . Land can be taken in Minimum Quater parts Means a Block of 25 acer will do but the other 25 acer should not be a distance more than 2.5km radius . Lease would be minimum for 5 years .All the legal papers/Documents should be clear.
