I am damodara Das from Salem. We are in search of an agricultural Land with following details:
Area: 70-120 Acres (Clear Patta)
Disctricts: Dharmapuri, Vellore, Nilgiris, Salem, Nammakkal, Tiruvannamalai, Krishnagiri, Dindiggul, Theni.
Rainfall: Two Monsoons (South-west, i.e. from adi, avani, purtasi and North-east, i.e. from kartik) – Most Important Criteria.
Location: Remote from city, highway or factories; villages nearby in 3-5 km proximity.
Ground water Table in open wells in summer: 40-60 ft. with sufficient water for irrigation.
Soil: Preferably Red soil.
Cost: Not very costly (Preferably less than 1.5 lac/acre).
You can send your proposals to email ID with at least the above mentioned details and two more details: i) Present cultivation going on the land, ii) No. of owners.
