Question Farmer certificate

Hi All, My wife owns farm land in Maharashtra but my name is not present in 7/12. I wanted to get farmer certificate so can i use 7/12 of same land to get farmer certificate. Please help. Thank you.

I believe you need to add your name to your wife's 7/12 documents. It should be an easy procedure. Or better you could buy land in your wife's name. No need to get a certificate in your name.
