I think mktvm(Gopakumar) is very correct- getting land in Kerala, especially near TVM etc is very difficult- unless you try something new like hydroponics to multiply yield, returns will not be good for the cost of land.
Better would be the suggestion to try interior TN.
I would suggest around Tenkashi/Aryankav- Find an area with good enough climate and if you get it at low price, it will be worth while.
I am interested in the farming project- but pl. give full details of what you plan and how it will be implemented
My feeling is there will be no shortage of interested people- but there has to be a good and viable project-
