I have agri lands in Adalur hills, near kodaikanal, price starts from rs.500000 per acre for sale / Rs. 10000 per acre per year for lease.
Land is suitable for banana,coffee,beans cultivation.
Minimum income per year will be Rs.40000 per acre, if we grow seasonal crops, then we can take more.

There are several lands available here, I am looking for investors who could either buy or lease lands, and put timely investment like wages, maintaining fences,etc., I can maintain complete farming activities like labour maintenance, marketing, accounting, planting suitable crops time to time, if I get 20% of profit from farm.

Dear Sir, - I need 1 to 5 acres of land for purchase, and 100 acres land or to the extent available, on long term lease. Please respond with details of water availability for irrigation, any buildings on the land, electricity connection, clear boundaries/fence, road access.

Kindly advise negotiability for the price.

Also advise whether you can arrange a purchase loan from a bank, in whole or part of the purchase price to assure clear title or the purchaser.

pl write to me the location, number of acres, number of present owners, availability proper title to land like patta, parent documents, kist receipt, fmbc sketch, A register

You have to plant crops and that will take 2-5 years to get yield, it is wise to invest 5-10 lakhs per acre on cultivation land have road access, you can start getting yields from 6 months and land valuation will be good even you sell after 1 year.
