price of land

2 lac per bigha for total 55 bigha ( 53000 sq yards), for more details mail me or call . title is in my name for 40,000 sq yards 13000 sq yards possesion in papers.. have to pay for title part and house only. total land u get is 53000 sq yards, will pay for only about 40,000 sq yards . ie @ 200 per sq yard + rcc 850 sq feet house, -- hence the effective price about 144 per sq yard only for complete 53000 sq yards.
