Farm land required in Yercaud, Salem India

Hi,
I am interested in buying a farmland preferably with a bungalow and water facilities.
this is my retirement plan and I wish to use the most of farm land for green house construction and growing exotic herbs / vegetables.

Appreciate your feedback.

1 acre will suffice as I am planning to go in for automated vertical farming
