The proposed land is at Vanichal in Galibeed Village, 14 Kms from Madikeri Town.The total ,area available is about 150 acres is planted to Tea.The balance area is available for cultivation, ideal for short term crops or medicinal plant cultivation, there is very good scope for large scale buffalo farming also, as the location has the plenty of grass land and abendent water resources.
I am interested for Joint Venture, if you can take full responsibility and source sufficient number of labours from out side , there is provision for accomomdating upto 100 labour family.
