Want to setup a commercial cultivation project (by controlled environment / Polyhouse etc) for cultivating select Exotic Vegetables [Chinese cabbage / Lettuce (Ice berg ) / Broccoli / Celery / BabyCorn], near Kolkata (WB).
First phase of operation in 1Acre approx.
Need the technical backup for the above.

Controlling environment at Kolkatta would be a challenge as it probably is very humid there. You are better off looking at a place which is near Kolkatta but has much drier climate.
