Now , I have come up with another beautiful riverside land.
This exotic place is basically a coconut farm located on the banks of river Kabini.
The beauty of this place is the long stretch of land which touches the river.
Normally in any riverside land about 250 to 500 ft touches the river.
Here it is not 500 ft ,not 800 ft, not 1000 ft, not 1500 ft, not 2000 ft , but it is 2600 ft , which touches the river.
It has more than 1,000 coconut trees, 6 mango trees , few neem and some wild varieties are there.
One labour shed and five bore-wells are there.
From the state highway till the land, wide road is there.
Located off Mysore - Manandavady (State highway 33) road.
Key distances:
32.5 km from Mysore ring road
1.2 km from SH 33
Total extent : 26 acres
