Due to labour and water problem, we are unable to continue cultivation (paddy, ground nuts water milon) .But my interest is to plant long time plants like erra chandanam like any other which requires minimum water and minimum man power. Please guide which type of plant is suitable to my land. Hi Sir

Red sanders is endangered sps so u can rule out the option of exporting though the crop got immense medicinal value in outside market but u cant export and its a tree crop yield and returns will be after 10 to 15 yrs. You can start cultivation of melia dubia or even teak. If you have to grow red sanders you need forest department officials permit.
