EMU with Guinea Bird

Hi,

Im planning to start EMU farming.For security and other purpose can i rear guinea birds along with EMU birds.

Is it safe?Is there any diseases will come from the guinea birds to emu.can anyone please suggest on this combination.

all most all birds have commen dieses so pls maintain sufficient distance betwin them.

guinea birds

You can not mix guinea birds with Emu. guinea birds eggs are small and it will be crushed when emu's run. Ans also there are some Diseases that might effect emus also.

It is also advisable to keep the newly hatched keets in closed cages for three months to prevent them from being attacked by predators such as dogs, cats and eagles.
