Drip irrigation

i am from tamilnadu - i want top put water drip irrigation for 1 acre land for tree plantation, so i need information about that one. like

1. what is the cost
2. how about the Maintenance
3. suppose instead of water drip irrigation we use normal plumbing pipe, ores etc.

Drip iriigation is a good option, but it depends on the spacing you have adopted. It is better you call a specialist from the drip irrigation companies, they will analyse and guide you as to how efficiently you could provide drippers and
subsequently its cost.

hi thanks for your reply Ashwini,

i study about the drip irrigation, some dealers says for 1 acre max. RS.20,000 only coming and some says Max. 10,000, so i confused and somebody suggest me instead of water drip irrigation put pvc pipe, because this type is used only for tree planation, so why we go for water drip irritation, for water irrigation we do some maintenance, and for PVC type max. no maintenances.
