Dear Ashraf,
If you may want to avail subsidy from government, then it is advisable for you to approach local enterprise which has got approval/recognition from govt for installation of drip, it will help you for smooth process of subsidy from local govt office.

If you may not going for above option, then you may get help from this forum.
