Buy Agriculture Land below the circle rate i.e. 1.5 Lakh per acre near our mega project (integrated farming). We will give you lease rent Rs 10,000/- per annum for first year in advance. Beside above,
1. You will get it registered and have the land papers with you.
2. Lease rent for second year will be Rs 12,000/-.
3. You can have the lease for 5yrs or 10yrs, but not advised.
4. Remember no provision under law to lease out your land for more than two year. Kindly note nobody will guide you.
5. Later if you want to sell it to any one you can do in at least doubled rate.
6. Land in question will be handed over to owner after one year or after two year in fully developed condition.
7. Kindly note developed land means –creating water facility in form of tube well or deep well. Means circle rate will be automatically doubled.
8. Land is already developed and label land. Electricity is already available.
Condition- investment should not for less than 5 acre to ensure independency in future.
