Dieses in Banana Plants

I recently planted G9 tissue culture plants. The new leafs of all (ALL) plants are having red marks (stains) on them. None of the earlier leafs have these red marks. Why are these marks ?
a) Are these due to excessive heat during the last 6-7 days ?
b) Due to excessive insectiside sprinkling ?
c) Or is this some disease ? and how can this be treated ?

Hi

JUvenile leaves in banana do have reddish purple marks so nothing to worry, will become green as they grow. ALong with this do you notice any other symptom like drying of leaves, droopyiness, slow growth, insect damage then it may be a disease. Also due to higher light intensities do the leaves develop red spots.

Thanks for the response. No other symptoms are noticed except red marks on leafs. Also, the leaves are soft to touch and are not crispy. I am told that the leafs should be soft and should not turn crispy when folded with hand...is that correct ?
