What you are expecting is a impossible task. Getting cultivable land/acre @Rs.50k-75k is impossible either in these districts or any where in AP and Telangana. Those days are gone.

Hi All,

Thanks for your replies.

I am now ready to invest 2 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs per acre. For looking for 3 to 8 acres.

If the land is in below areas I will be interested.
80kms radius to ( in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh)
1. Hyderabad
2. Mahbubnagar
3. Kurnool
4. Chittor

The main purpose is to built a small house and live my rest of life and take help of local labour for simple agriculture. If the power is there to run the house motor to fill the tank for daily needs it is fine.

Important thing is this is not for commercial agriculture.
